Welcome to Uncle Barkos Salsa!   Our goal is to provide all our customers with the freshest local salsas possible. Whether its extremely mild or high heat, we've got a salsa for your next gathering.
We typically frequent farmers markets and events in the Dallas metro area, but have a following as far as Wichita Falls.
